What to include
- Your Nomad Helper username or account email.
- Whether you are using ChatGPT, Codex, or the telesearch.us website.
- The approximate time of the problem and the error message shown.
- The research question, with unnecessary personal or confidential information removed.
Never send your password, OAuth access token, Telegram session, API key, or other secret by email.
Connecting and disconnecting
Connection uses OAuth. Nomad Helper asks for the telegram.search scope and checks the corpus assigned
to the signed-in account. You can disconnect the integration from the app or connector settings in ChatGPT or
Codex. Contact support if a disconnected token appears to remain active.
Access and corpus corrections
If the wrong chats appear, stop searching and contact support. Corpus membership is controlled server-side and may require confirmation from the corpus owner. Regular members cannot add, remove, or clear chats through the MCP tools.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the subject “Nomad Helper data request” and identify the account concerned. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity before fulfilling access, correction, export, or deletion requests. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Security reports
Use the subject “Nomad Helper security report.” Do not publicly disclose active credentials or private corpus content. Include reproducible technical details and the smallest amount of data necessary to investigate.
Service limitations
Results depend on the authorized chats, Telegram availability, selected dates, language, and message wording. A result can be incomplete even when a search completes successfully. Verify important claims using the returned Telegram links and original messages.
