Last updated: July 28, 2026

By connecting or using Nomad Helper, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

1. The service

Nomad Helper provides authenticated research over private, authorized Telegram chats to surface first-hand experiences with obtaining Spain's digital nomad visa. It can start live searches, maintain an index, rank messages, and use AI to produce summaries with source links. Nomad Helper is independent and is not affiliated with Telegram. Features may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and authorization

3. Your responsibilities

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to search, process, and use the relevant Telegram content. You must comply with applicable law, Telegram's terms, and the rights of message authors and other people.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Nomad Helper to:

5. AI-generated results

AI-generated search terms, rankings, and answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Source messages may be outdated, edited, removed, or authored by people whose claims have not been verified. Review the cited sources before relying on a result. Nomad Helper does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, or other professional advice.

6. Third-party services

The service depends on Telegram, OpenAI products and APIs, hosting, and other third-party services. Their terms, availability, and data practices also apply to their portions of the service. We are not responsible for changes or outages controlled by those providers.

7. Limits and charges

Accounts may have search, concurrency, AI-cost, or other usage limits. If paid access is introduced or agreed, applicable pricing and payment terms will be disclosed separately. Starting a research tool may consume quota even when no relevant messages are found.

8. Intellectual property

ALEKSEI KURYLEV retains rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. Users and third parties retain their rights in submitted questions and Telegram content. These Terms grant only the limited rights needed to use the service as intended.

9. Confidentiality

Private corpus content must be treated as confidential unless its owner or the law permits disclosure. Users are responsible for how they copy, share, or act on results returned to them.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, non-payment where applicable, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALEKSEI KURYLEV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made from AI-generated results. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated where required.
